Question on pricing Normal adult RT's...

Bree_FYR Jan 02, 2005 07:23 PM

Hello Everyone!

Happy New Year..

Let me start off by stating I do have a classifieds account and wanted to get some opinions before I put them up for sale.

I wanted to make sure I wasn't asking too much. I looked around and found some prices but ... I don't know...

ok adult pair of Normal Red Tails - The male is 5 feet and the female is about 6 1/2 feet...

I would like to know before I put them up for sale what I should charge for them... I don't want to have my ads being accused of too high prices???

If by "Normal" you mean colombain, or BCI's , I would have to say, a good price range is $100-$150 each. Its hard, cause I see many for sale, some go for $300 each, so depending on color, pattern, ect. You could get $200 each. I don't usually sell Larger animals just babies, so I might be Off a little, Hopefully you will get more posts from More experienced Breeders. Good Luck....
