get a table top tripod and setup the camera near him.
let him get used to the camera sitting there.
he will start to ignore it and be calm.
shutter and flash will also startle him but after a while he will realize that it's not a threat and mostly ignore it.

i switch the flash off but the camera makes a strange noise when i take the picture so he probably doesn't like that. i know they are blurry like i said pictures are rare tried to get the best ones i will try again. everyone shows thier beardies off so i though why not mine even though he doesn't pose like most of the ones i have seen. every picture i look at it seems as if the beardies are posin. i can't believe how intellegent beardies are. mine is really crafty. does any one else have a really sneaky lizard.
