Dune Gecko Steno Doriae?

UroJade Jan 02, 2005 08:53 PM

I've had this gecko for over a year and had a hard time finding out exactly what he is but i think he's a Doriae?
i'll have to get a more recent picture of him he's healthier now, rounder he eats out of my hand now but back then he ate irregularly and was intimadated by the crickets
If he is a Doriae does anyone know where i can get a pair of females? everytime i came across someone that had similar looking females i didnt have to money to purchase them and lost contact with the owner but i have a job now so i have cash now

That is Stenodactylus petrii, which is often mistakenly labeled as Stenodactylus doriae, but doriae are quite a bit different and extremely rare.

That is deffinately S.petrii. There is only 2 people in the US that have S.doriae, you just can't get them. The S.doriae are huge anyways, which is something most people don't know. They are the size of Teratoscincus! That's big. So if somone gets S.doriae, the'll know it. Don't expect it though.
