She is looking good! Here's what one of her not so distant relatives looks like. She is a 4 foot Cumberland county, NC female that is now owned by Mark. I found her about a half mile from my house along with a male that was found on the exact same location 7 days later!
I also like your OBK! I would have some of those, but unfortunately I'll have to wait until I move further south one day (I'm a NC. resident)!

Are you going to the reptile show in Columbia SC. on the 30th?
If you are, let me know, maybe we can meet near my house. I live only 3 miles off I-95!

Thanks for the complement Zee. No doubt my 04 eastern is a healthy growing girl. That Cumberland co. female is awesome looking. She looks very stout. I do love those North Carolina locality Easterns. My next purchase will most likely be a Virginia locality eastern king, from Howie Sherman this coming year. No doubt I have to have an eastern king from my home state.
It's a shame being in NC you can't purchase an Outer Banks King. Then again, you do have Rick Sladick right down the road from you, making it easier for you to purchase the mother of all colubrids, an Eastern Indigo.
I don't think I'll make the Columbia, SC. show, but might make the journey in the future. How does it compare to the show in Raleigh? Take care,
Steve

Thanks Steve! As a matter of fact I did purchase an Indigo from Rick in 03'. He's now eating rats and around 5 foot! He's an awesome beast!
The SC. show is basically the same size as the Raleigh one, except a few more Florida breeders tend to show up at the SC. show, and that's about it! I plan on being IN the next Carolina show this coming fall, with lots of Kingsnakes for sale!!!
Talk to you soon,

Zee

Wow! Great looking eastern Steve. I think N.C. is my favorite locality on them.
