Hello,
I hope someone can help me.
I have recently obtained a young , healthy looking Kenyan Sand Boa that is refusing to feed. His previous owner was force feeding him but I am not too keen on this , can anyone suggest how I can persuade him to feed? If I do force feed can I use raw chicken or do I have to use pieces of pinkie?
Thanks in advance for your help

How long has it not eaten and what has been tried? I would resort to assist or force feeding only if it is really needed. Then I would try it with a pinkie.

Haven't we warned you about tampering with the structure of a chaotic system?

Success , last night I tried teasing the Boa with a Pinkie and guess what , he took the bait and swallowed the food in no time . Lets hope this continues.
