Beady gave me a scare with all of that swelling, so yesterday I went out and got the Tetra Fungistop, but it's a different brand - just as good. I'm applying a drop or two directly onto his skin and then several drops in their water dish, so that LadyBella may absorb it incase she has a minor infection.

Anyway, last night Beady had a new ulcer on his arm. But then I noticed it was more moist than usual, so I took my soft paintbrush and sort of poked it... and ALL this PUS started coming out! So I figured, "Okay, there's pus, but it's coming out, that's good." So I spent a good 20 minutes squeezing yellow-liquid pus from this ulcer, until BAM. Another white thread shot out of his arm. I gently pulled it out, finished squeezing out the pus, and wouldn't you know it... The swelling is almost completely gone.

He's a little bruised and his arm is green from the Fungistop, but this morning my little guy is feeling so much better.

Thanks for all your help guys, I'll keep you updated if you'd like. And as for Tobias- still not eating crix on his own. He'd rather starve than chase them down. But I'm keeping his weight up and he is happy.

I love the picture!

I hope the swelling stays down now that you have a way to treat it. Good luck.
