Hi. I was hoping someone could help me out with a little info. My ball had a bad shed. I just got her and she was finishing up the shed when i got her. Most of the old skin has come off her body, but there is still some on her head. How can I help her get this off? It's been there for a little while now and I know it should've come off by now. Everything else has shed, including the eye caps. Any advise is great.
