oops she did it again! (Timor Eggs)

Well, I get a second chance at this; for those that remember, Sasha my Timor laid her first eggs last February. After waiting for over 3 months, the eggs ended up being infertile. She just laid 3 eggs between yesterday and today, I hope these ones turn out for the better this time! Her and Stripe were going at it like rabbits for a almost the entire month of November. Wish me luck!!

Congrats,

Hey I was curious where she laid the eggs: in the substrate, in a nesting box, or somewhere else? I have two pair right now, one pair are subadults but getting close and the others have been locked up for about a week straight right now as we speak...they are first time breeders so I doubt that I will get fertile eggs but u never know.

I would appreciate any feedback in as much detail as possible and also if u could post a pic of their setup that would be deeply appreciated.
Oh also, what variation are they; blues, yellows,...

Thanks.

This time around she just laid and buried one of the in the cypress mulch, and the next day she laid one on her basking shelf and another on top of the substrate. Last time she buried all 4 eggs underneath the substrate. I'm not sure of the reason for the behavioral change this time around.

My cage is a converted shipping crate, 6 ft high x 3 ft wide x 2 ft deep. Branches are placed so they can climp from bottom to top. 3 removable shelves are there, one below the daytime lamp (100 watt flood), one below the nighttime lamp (100 watt red), and one about 1/2 way up the cage with a large water bowl. The bottom 20 inches in the front is closed and the rest of the front is removable acrylic. There is about 12 inches of cypress mulch in the bottom, and following the excellent advice of a fellow forum-er here, I routed heat cable through 1/2 inch pvc piping, which zig-zags through the substrate. A HabbaMist is also installed, and all of the electronics is controlled by a ESU Power Center. Please excuse the poor quality of the photos, as my camera isn't very high resolution. Thanks for your interest!
