Picked up a new guy tonight....

ZPD Jan 04, 2005 10:23 PM

I bought this ol' boy from a Bio teacher in the neighborhood. The guy said he had not fed him for a few days. Tonight I fed crickets, adult BD food, greens, and lobster roaches. He ate everything! His tail reserves look good but don't you think his mid section looks too thin? What do you guys think. I know one thing he's gonna be happy he came home with me. Right now I have a young dragon I bought at the last show, he's still in the hyper sketched out mode a little. He is eating well but runs and puffs up a little. So in contrast when I brought Mr. Personality home tonight I was so happy. His character was so entertaining, it's like it warmed up the room. He's basically a big mellow dude. Something about it just really is enjoyable, kinda like interacting with a smart friendly dog. Anyhow could I get your opinions on his appearance, as far as body weight or composition? He's 18" long. Thanks for looking!

He is going to look awesome after his back sheds. Great looking beardies. Here is a pic of my male beardie. He is about the same length as your other one. You can see that he was just starting his shed on his back.
