Reptile City????? w.c ball pythons?

My borther just ordered his first ball python. is is labeled as a wild caught baby ball python at reptile city. See my bro is a cheap guy and only spent 50 on it. HAs ne1 ever dealt qwitht them? do you know what size they consider "baby" also are they in good condition? Thanks a bunch,
