Well, today I happened across some baby quail at a pet shop and figured what the hell, I'll give it a try. And wouldn't ya know it, dropped it in while it was dark, checked back about 3 hrs later, and no more quail...unless you count the bulge in her stomache! Also, after putting a hidebox in over a month ago and just leaving it, she recently started using it (recently as in the last day or 2) and seemed to attack and eat the quail while in the hidebox! I'm beyond happy tonight...I'll have to see about picking up some more quail thursday (the pet shop I found it on is about an hr away, the only downside) and seeing if my local shop can get some in. Just thought I'd let you all know things seem to be looking up.
