aloha all,
just wanted to share some pics from my latest photo trip.
i love looking for the hawaii chams. i probably saw around thirty jacksons on this day. most were really high. it was rainy and windy! they like to stay high and closer to the tree when its like that. hope you like what you see!

Those pics are really nice. There's a lot of us that would love to see Chams in the wild (even though not native to Hawaii, they're still living wild). Mahalo, for sharing.

Aaron--

I never heard back from you about helping my little bro find some chameleons while he was there. He came home today but I still have a friend over there. Is there any way I can pay you to collect some for him to bring to me since you don't want to share your sites? I would really like either two pairs or a male and three females. feel free to email or call me at 805-471-4071. I have the necessary permit forms ready to go and I live in a great temperate coastal area that I can keep them outisde year around in. Thanks

no problem on not getting back to me. I understand how it is to be busy. I think my friend is leaving this week. I will call today to see. He is in Kona. My email is mikeroese1@cs.com. If you can find them, gravid females would be sweet. Thanks

He leaves on the 29th. It is my understanding that it is illegal for you to ship them to me. Is this correct? I guess he would need to get them shortly before leacing so that they are not in the box too long. I will find out what time his flight leaves. can you email me the price? I also need to look at the permit to see if it allows three or four. Thanks

Size isn't really as important as quality. I can grow them larger here. I still have to check the permit but I think I can have 4 on the permit. So one decent sized male and three females would probably be the best or 2 2 would be ok too. If this works out I would like to get some each time my friends go over. My goal is to establish a good sized breeding colony. The weather here allows me to keep them outside year around so I will build a big cage sectioned out into three or four partitions with one male in each. Mainland prices really vary right now. I can get them for as low as $45 and as high as $100 each. Let me know what you can do and feel free to email me.

Thanks
Mike
