Cycling Texas DB's...

lateralis Jan 05, 2005 01:14 AM

I have a reverse trio of Texas Diamondback terrapins that will be ready to breed this year (they are all 3 years in age and reached adult size). I have raised them all from cbb hatchlings (thanks Troy!). They have spent 2 seasons outside, winter lows in the upper 30's at night to low 70's (sometimes) during the day (I live in Palm Springs). I would be curious to know when most keepers witness copulation and egglaying and any special procedures you follow.
Thanks in advance
Brett

I can identify plenty of snakes, but I must say, I damn confused when I saw that pic in your post of those 2 snakes. What are they?
