What makes it a cinnamon pastel?

anson Jan 05, 2005 02:06 PM

I saw some pics of a cinnamon pastel on the classifieds.
I just figured out what the characteristics of a regular pastel are. The light grey head, the blushing on the black areas, the intensified lighter colors.
What makes a snake a cinnamon pastel?
The head on most I have seen is almost as dark as a normal.
Is it the labyrinth pattern? Do they have the blushing on the black? What color are the blotches? More orange?
Please explain or post pics.

Below is a link to a morph description page from the guy who named this morph.

Cinnamons are a dark chocolate colored snake, with an irregular dorsal pattern, faded sides and a clear belly. I know a pic is worth a thousand words,so I`ll post the pic and hopefully you can see what i`m talking about. Mark Petros *cinnamon on the right*

You probably should have put something more normal than a pinstriped ball. However both snakes are super nice. I would say that your cinnamon is a more extreme type that what we would often see. The cinny kinda looks majovish to me. Thanks David

My mojaves are much lighter, anyway all the cinnamons in this clutch looked similiar to this. They are from the BHB line that produced the super cinnamon. Mark Petros

Your cinnys are nice. I like the little black ball also. Is BHB free of defects? Thanks DAVID
