Does anyone know where this law can be read? Is there a link anywhere so I can see it in writing?? What are the new laws, regulations, permits, licenses, breeding/selling/buying, what is grandfathered....what is not? CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE A LEGAL ACTUALLY COPY IS AVAILABLE?? The DEC, Fish/Game commish, senate, local shelters....NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING! Only " I heard". How can you comply with something you cant find.....and has not been released to the public?? Please any REAL info is appreciated!

P.S. "I Heard" about the 4 pythons and several monitors now outlawed. NO GRANDFATHER CLAUSE. I heard 125.00-150.00 per animal for venomous permits/licenses. NO breeding, selling, or buying. Is that annually??? 1 time?? What about the animals you have OR now need to get rid of......HELP!

Okay, here is some rough details, the DEC still hasn't set the guidelines yet, there is 60 days from the 1st. There is a grandfather clause for large boids, crocodilians, and venomous, but you must take a 4 hour course when it comes up. All animals on the bill must be registered, so there is no more buying or breeding of wild/exotic reptiles. The set dollar amount for animals is "supposed" to NOT exceed $80 PER animal.
Like I said, rough details, and for some reason I can't seem to find it on the bill search page. I had it bookmarked, but it changed, which is kinda strange.

I have a news article from Monday....Newsday here on L.I. that says NO Grandfathering on the boids/monitors. I'm not surprised the bill has dissappeared.........It's BS to begin with. If you find anything BIG BROTHER has the balls to release please let me know. What a bunch of pussies.
