Hey,
This is Vicky and Chiquita, chilling while I service their cage tonight. The smaller of the two, Vicky, laid a clutch of eggs recently. She has eaten 3 times including tonight since laying.

Thanks so much for the kudos. I just love the black bloods the most; can't help it. And now with the tsunami, ravaged west coast in southern Sumatra, who knows how many animals too, were lost!

that said the only dead wild animal found in all the areas of devistation was a wild bore NO one has found anything else so lets keep our fingers crossed that our slithery freinds were able to evacuate also.

The large female in the picture is from a purchase from our very own Ethan (FishKiller). She is about 4 feet and weighs about 12-14Lbs easily. She's a heavy girl. The other one is from Bob Clark received from a second seller on the classifieds, and she is not quite as large but pretty, and probably weighs if not mistaken when in good shape and not laying eggs, about 8-10 lbs. I'll have to get a good weight on her as soon as she puts on her usual weight again. She's eating well and putting it back on. She just shed out the 2 days ago, and looks amazing. If the babies look anything like her or the daddy, they'll be killer.

Hey J,
Yeah! I sure hope so too. He's a little bit sicker than first thought, but should hopefully make a full recovery with lots of TLC, and good meds and attention. He's in shed right now, and has been receiving Fortaz injections every 72 hours. His mouth is being rinsed (flushed) every day with Povidine/H20 diluted to a light tea color and any detritus is debrided (removed) and a coating of triple strength antibiotic ointment is being applied to the affected area of the mouth too. He's a pretty fiesty and strong fellar, so I think that he will make it just fine. I'm so happy though, regardless of the money laid out for him, that this guy is in my care now and not with the other guy. He would've perished no doubt! Anyhow, keep you updated on this guy and hopefully, he'll be well enough in the next month to breed my little ladies. Later - Angel

Yeah! she's a great girl and does not hesitate to down some food when ever possible. And your girl, for get about-it, she's a pig too, and wouldn't hesitate to drag me into the cage and make a meal out of me if I let her. LOL! she's quite the little piggy too. She's an awesome girl! I couldn't be happier with her.
