What is the nightime temp in the room the cage is in? What part of the country are you in? I assume all lights are off at night? If your room isn't cooling off the cage won't either. You may have to cool the room by opening a window, running a large fan, or even getting a small window mount AC and run it for a couple of hours in the evening. Or, move the cage to a cooler part of your house. I've heard of people putting blue ice freezer packs on the cage top and aiming a small fan that blows the chilled air into the cage. If you are heating your house try turning the thermostat down at night.
