JIM240 Jan 06, 2005 03:27 PM

by me. i used to put my hand in and they would pounce on it excitedly. now they are scared of me and run away, and when i take them out they run crazy and try to get away. they used to climb up me to my shoulder. so how do i get an interactive relationship with them now? ( they're fun to play with too! ) MIKE

keep handling them a little everyday Mike, even if you just put your hand in tank and get them to get on for a few seconds at a time. Just keep at it, be patient, and persistant.

They will soon learm to trust you again, and should settle down. They went a long time with no one really caring for them, kind of like it they were wild again.

So you have to start over, give them attention and good care now and they will soon reward you,

Good Luck

I can say you that collared love to climb on head on people in sign of domination. Sara used to do it on us at the beggining.

Now, she only do it to our friends that have an inferior relation to her.

When it is sleepy maybe it'll not be so squirmy.

I thought this whole time that my collared wanted to be on one of the highest places in the room.
