looks "OK" but not "Great"

Now I don't read German so I can only go by the 6 and it looks like this is a 6% UVB
normally for tubes I buy an 8% UVB which will often be marketed / labled as a "Desert" lamp.

a few notes: to be of any use the lamp will need to be close to the dragon and not be "Filtered" by glass or screen.
UVB is blocked *VERY* eaasy by glass and screens you can see thru.

I think the distance is about 10 inches to get the UV

another thing is do you have a basking lamp?

the UV tubes are "cold" and the dragon will look for a hot basking area and spend a lot of time there.

this is one reason many folks buy the more costly bulbs that look like a normal basking bulb but have 2 lamps inside them
they are lamps with a Mercury Vapor part inside and made with a special galss that let the UVB pass thru.

they output more UVB and at stronger output so the dragon does not have to be as close to get a good dose and will bask under it for the heat it emits.

but I use a combo of tubes and the bulbs to make sure I cover things and in case one bulb or tube goes out I have others running till I can get a new one.

try this link:
http://www.euro-zoo.com/licht/licht_03.html
Self-ballasted Mercury Vapor Flood Lamp for larger terrariums with UV-requiring species (i.e. Bearded dragons, certain species of tortoises and monitors). Developed to provide reptiles with sufficient supply of UV-A and UV-B rays. Ideal as a prevention and treatment of metabolic bone diseases.

thats what a lot of us use, they are sold by different companies under different brands.

in US Dollars they cost between 35 and 50 dollars for 150 watt flood type units.

also make sure you get a fixture that is rated for 150 to 250 watts -- normaly the base is ceramic and has a metal "hood" or dome, they get very hot and can melt plastic.

example of what I have:

http://www.zoomed.com/html/lamp_stand.php

see the metal stand shown and I use the http://www.zoomed.com/html/light_fixtures__etc.php
10 inch "Brooder" as it is reated for 250 watts
that way I know that the bulb will not emit to much heat for the fixture.

hope this helps.

do get a heat gun and use care as they are very hot lights that will create a 100 Degree farenheight temp very easy from 12 inches away in a 75 degree room!

There is the english translation in the bottom paragraph of the page. From what it says (assuming they are truthful) it sounds to be much the same as a repti-glo 5.0 bulb or the repti sun 5.0 tubes. With the addition of proper supplimentation (mult-vitamin and calcium with D3) it should do fine for a UVB tube.

The only way to know for sure if it puts out as much uvb rays as it claims is to use a UVB meter and test them. I would mount the tube so it is between 6-8" above the dragon's basking spot. You will also need a regular lightbulb to produce heat for the basking spot.
