Re: Dwarf Tiger Retics

Hi. I am considering purchasing a dwarf tiger retic from Bob Clark in a few months. I was wondering if anyone who might own any could give me some info on mature size, temperment, or any other information that would be of value to me. Pics would be super great aswell. Thanks

They havent been around long enough to know exactly how long they will get but I'm leaning towards about 14ft max males 17 max for females but there are pure jamps that are 15ft so who knows

Thanks for the input. The huge size is the only thing that keeps me from getting a retic. But a male dwarf would probably be something closer to what I would like to handle. Truly beautiful snakes!

Have you looked into the true super dwarfs that bob clark nerd and mike wilbanks work with? they seem to be staying around 7ft-8ft they are built like rat snakes. They are pretty expensive but if you ask me they dont look as nice as normals or jamps they have weird shaped heads in my opinion but they will be cool to cross with tigers albinos and so on.

Ya. I have seen the super dwarfs. I dont find their ratsnake size very appealing. However, It would be cool to see them bred with a normal sized retic.
