If likely won't hurt them but the freezer burned tissue is woody, tasteless and low nutritional value.

the white spots indicating freezer burn have not penetrated through the skin. Once the white burned areas have moved below the skin surface and look like shallow craters, as Sonya said, the nutritional value of the feeder is probably compromised even if only a few months old. From the information I have seen and determined myself, I think well frozen mice with no evidence of freezer burn, or just white surface spots, are nutritionally sound for at least 6 months.
