Well... it depends on the size. tiny, who is about 3 feet with his tail, used to eat 2 dinner plates (talk about a pig!!!) but he has slowed down. i think it is because of the season because he is getting oranger by the day.
But, you should feed the igg until it stops eating. they cant over eat like people because their scales dont alow the stretching. (i think that is wut i read)

with igs, too much is better than not enough. Feed your ig (of course his portions should depend on his size) two or three meals a day and let him eat until he is full. Always discard any left over food. As long as you are feeding a healthy, nutritious, varied diet then this method of feeding should raise a happy healthy ig!
