Your temps sound okay. You say you put him in warm water. Uros love it hot! Next soak, don't be afraid to make the water hot, what is warm to you is going to seem cold to him. Remember the 125 basking area! Also, keep in mind these guys hate change! He's been through a lot the last few days. The first thing I successfully got my uro to eat was peas. That didn't happen until about 4 days in. On the fifth day, I received the peas back -recycled uro style. Since then, he's an eating machine. Also, you may not see yours eat, they are shy initially. As far as all the sleeping, mine did too. It was over a week before I got to see his first uro dance. The first time I presented the peas, I had warmed mixed frozen veggies in the microwave for about 30 seconds in some water. I drained off the water and put them in his food dish in his cage. I then gently picked him up and put him on the edge of the dish - I don't advocate handling before 2 weeks but knew this cage was totally different from his old home. He stole a pea and darted into his hide but from that point forward he ate. Hope this helps!
