Is this a Lavender or Ghost

RussBates Jul 04, 2003 07:25 AM

It is probably to early to tell but I'm wondering if this is a lavender or a ghost. What do you guys think. It was day 65 so I got a little impatient and cut one open just to see what was going on in there. This little bugger was hanging out. The mother is a milksnake phase motley and the father is a lavender.
Thanks,
Russ

Think it's a ghost. The hatchling lavs I've seen were brownish (where the original name 'mocha' came from)

This is a Lavender I hatched last year. I'm curious to see the rest of the clutch. Your MilkMot would have to be het Lav, or if it's a ghost, both parents would have to be het Anery and hypo. Either way, the remaining hatchlings (if any) may give us some clues.
