The bulb wattage is irrelevent. What you need to do is measure the temperature at the basking spot. It should be between 85-92 degrees. The wattage of the bulb will depend on the distance between it and the basking spot and whether or not you can maintain that temperature range. UVA/UVB bulbs emit UV radiation to a distance of approximately 12" (maximum). If you have an area for them to bask and get UVA/UVB that is within 6-12" of the UV bulb you will be fine.
BTW, all of the fancy basking bulbs serve only to get some extra $$ for the manufacturer. Regular light bulbs will provide adequate daytime heat for reptiles. Just use a thermometer to maintain proper basking temperatures and a proper temperature gradient throughout the enclosure so the Anoles can thermoregulate. A 20-gallon will be much easier to maintain a cool side and a warm side than your 10-gallon was.
The nighttime temperature in the enclosure should be allowed to drop to 65-68 degrees. Unless you keep your house unusually cool, you shouldn't need any additional heat at night. Room temperature will be just fine.
