I'm thinking of getting an Albino RES, but have a couple of ?s. 1st- Can he/she be outside in the sun, and 2nd- if not do you use artifical light? What kind. I have several normal RES and have had for serveral years. Even had a few breed, but thought that something new needed alittle more info. Thanks

I know people who keep them outside during the warmer months with no problems and indoors the same as any other turtle.
They seem fine. I have never personally had an albino slider though so I someone else may have better insight into this.
