HELP... i may or may not have a problem

one of my females went into hibernation directly under on of my 24hour infared heat lamps, now being cold blooded animals i can see a potential problem there, but im sure theres someone here who can tell me if theres something wrong or not, if there is please let me know what i can do, all the lamps are easily moved etc. thanks in advance
