I noticed one of my older anoles with her head up and occasionally gaping. I'm assuming it's a respiratory infection. How should I deal with this?

I noticed one of my older anoles with her head up and occasionally gaping. I'm assuming it's a respiratory infection. How should I deal with this?
First you wanna make sure its a resp. infection. Is she breathing harder/deeper than usual. How is the temp. in the tank. This time of year it's easy for the temp to drop too low for these tropical little guys. If it is too low try raising the temp and seeing if that helps. Usually if its not too bad raising the temp will solve the problem. If it doesn't then I'd recommend talking to a vet. But also make sure its not too hot or dry. Some lizards open their mouths when its too hot in the tank. Good luck with your litle girl!
