i was at a pet shop yesterday and i came accross a 18" albino burmese python, the guy at the pet shop said that albinos don't get as big as normal burmese. Is this true or was he just tryin to make a sell

They were trying to make a sale. Check out the pictures on the Constrictors Unlimited website of their albino.

Ha I have you beat.

I was in a petshop yesturday and they had a posted list of good beginner snakes and a list of experienced handler snakes. Retics were on the experienced list along with anacondas and venimous species. With bp's, corn snakes and kingsnakes were burmese pythons on the beginner snake list. I coldn't believe my eyes when I saw that and spoke to a manager who kinda shrugged her shoulders and walked off when I asked her what was beginner about a potential 20ft beast.
