The recommended care sheet is a good one. For the specific question of crickets - it's somewhat debated, but everyone pretty much agrees that IF you feed crickets or worms, it should be only a couple a week at the most.
Varied, non-lettuce greens are the majority of the diet, with other things mixed in: some veggies, seeds, lentils, flowers, etc. That care sheet has good suggestions, including what NOT to feed.
