Do i need 2 worry about separation anxiety ??

I have had two females in a 40 gallon for about a year. I am selling one of the females. Do i need to worry about seraration anxiety? Do i need to be afraid of the one staying by her self not eating???

I would say no... When I mentioned seperation anxiety in a previous post I was only kidding.... I suppose anything is possible though....
