Question about conjoined eggs?

rujonesin Jan 09, 2005 07:48 PM

How many of you have had dragons lay conjoined eggs? When I first pulled this one out I thought some laying goo was holding it together but after closer inspection they are conjoined. It looks like it might be just the shell that is connected meaning I don't think they are sharing yolk content. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if they actually hatched successfully? I'm really glad this didn't bind her up but she is doing fine after 35 nice little eggs.

Mike

this happened to me today.
I was digging up my females clutch and found two pairs of eggs that were stuck together.... i beleive this is what egg-binding(which can be deadly to a female dragon) is but im not sure.
