I was checking out my 'captive bred and born' female blood python, and noticed something under a couple of the scales.
I pressed on them, and a fluid w/ a little bit of white stuff came out.
any ideas of what this could be? thanks,

Hey,
It sounds like it could be the beginnings of a skin blister infection. I would keep it (snake) as dry as possible for the next couple of weeks, and keep it on newspaper, and apply a topical antibiotic oinment to the affected area. Keep a small bowl of water in the cage for it to drink out of, but not large enough for it to crawl into.
There is also, a topical dry antibiotic powder that you can get over the counter that is a little bit pricier, than the oinment, but probably would work much better in this case as it is not wet or greasy. It is called Polysoporin. It contains quite a blend of antibiotic medicine in it, as Polymixin B, and Bacitracin. I believe that this is the blend. Anyhow, I saw it for about 15 dollars at my local drug store. Good luck.
