A few weeks ago, I ordered some crickets and silkworms from Herp Food.com. Well, they lost my order, which they apologized for and said it was because of a mix up due to the holidays. No problem.
The real issue, though, is the delivery. They recommend that if it is cold (which it is) that you specify a "hold/call" for the post office. Sounded logical to me.
Today, I get a call from the post office. I expected a routine notification, and instead got a snotty female clerk that told me that if I ever do this again, I will be charged $290 for a "will call" account.
Anyone else ever hear of that? How friggin hard is it to call me? It's not like everyone in the city is doing that. Am I out of line here?
