Might somebody know who has 'em, if any breeder do at all.I keep hearing about this snake but haven't seen anyone who's keept them in captivity.

Hi! I had one 30 years ago - it came from Israel. It behaved in some respect such as threat posture like a burrowing adder (Atractaspis - some people call them stileto snakes. It would burrow in the sand and sty hidden much of the time. It ate mice but died after two years from unknown causes. Since the diet consists mainly of lizards feeding them mice may be a problem in the long run. There is information about this snake in Stephen Spawls & Bill Branch The dangerous snakes of Africa.
