compact UVB lighting

anybody using the reptisun 5.0 Compact? or something similiar? How do you have it positioned in the cage? Vert or Horiz? is the lighting weaker or stronger than a standard tube UVB?

can anybody suggest a good fixture...one that will make it worth buying a standard bulb? Id love a ballist that oculd nadle multiple lights if possible.

im not sure how the power output works, but is this ok? or would I need more power?
