When I was in Cuba a few years back, I saw one of the most beautiful lizards I've ever seen. He was in a tree, fairly small, (6 inches or under, I think). One end of his body was bright emerald green, and it kind of shifted to a bright turquoise blue at the other end (I can't remember which end was which). The only pic I have would probably be useless to you as he wouldn't let me get close enough with my disposable camera to get a decent shot. It shows a bunch of tree with a tiny lizard on it. Anyone have any guesses? I was wondering if it might be an emerald swift, but I don't know where they're native to...
