Cage pics?

Advent Jan 10, 2005 04:55 PM

I'd like to add some to my enclosure. He pretty much just has a flat rock leaned up against a big rock for basking, making a cave inside, and his water bowl and slate substrate, although it does look cool, it looks kindof plain. Could anyone post pics of their setup for ideas?

Thanks

Nice setup! Looks like your dragon likes that hammock. Did it take him long to figure out what the hammock is for?

Ya they relaly do love thier hammocks. I actually dont really let them wait to discover wut the hammokcs are, after i pur them up, i put my BD's on them so that they automatically kno its safe, and not somethign to be fearful of. Both of those pictures i actually took at night, so both dragons are asleep in each picture, and they fall asleep on their hammocks about 50% of the time.

Cool tanks, thanks.

I might put sand ranging in thickness on top of the slate i have currently, and for funnyman- what lighting are you using? Because it looks like it would be awful hot with the dragons that close.

Again, thanks for pics and more would be appreciated.

well in each of the silver dome lamps, i have a 60 watt bulb, and that makes the temp right under it about 95 degrees, and ambiant temp for the cage about 80-85 degrees. And the shop lights just have 48" ReptiSun 5.0 bulbs in them, and they give off very little heat if any at all.

does that answer ur question?

here is a pic of my setup. It's 48" long x 20" wideX 24" tall. I added another drift wood cave onto the rock cave for their winter slumber.
