I understand we are making people mad and for that I am sorry.

Also, in a post yesterday, I said"PetsMart" was a bad store. What i should have said was "The major stores that I live near are bad."

To anyone I have affended, I am sorry you feal that way.

I also said "PetCo" is bad, and for that, I am not sorry. They don't treat animals with care like PetsMart.

some petcos are good too. it totally depends on the individual employees that work there and what they make of their reptile department. I've seen the petco near me go thru so many changes in the past 5 years, from good to bad back and forth. it always changes when the main reptile person quits and a new one starts. at my petco for a long time they had a woman who was a retired zookeeper and let me tell you, while she worked there you have never seen reptiles kept better or tanks better designed with knowledge and care or people leaving with new pets better informed. we miss her.

I miss her and I don't even know her. Why did she have to leave?

I knew a guy like that but he worked with the fish. Not the Reptiles.

i work at petsmart part time, im incharge of the reptiles, and as you can tell from my list i have had alot of reptiles, and alot of experiance, oh and im missed the argument yesterday. and yeah, its deff all in the employies that work there. so what was said to insult someone?

I dont agree that all petcos are bad. I dont think that the petsmart out by me is good. To be honest i wouldnt purchase an animal from the petsmart but i do have 5 leos from petco. It all depends on the location of the stores, employee's, and managament. the petco out here is ran very well and the animals are all well taken care off.

As others have stated, it depends on the people that work there. The PetCo in my area takes better care of its leos than the Petsmart. I don't approve of how either houses but the last time I was in both, the petco geckos looked healthier and the petsmart geckos just made me sad.
