glass, bowls, even can clean cuts or wounds on the lizard itself. I like it because its a viruscide and bactericide, / it kills virus and bacteria. A couple onces makes a Gallon of cleaner.
But Mike, I use to sprinkle ajax in a tub full of hot water and scrub them with an old tooth brush or scrub brush. Then rinse well. Ajax had bleach in it but not powerful enough to linger/ or smell, or harm them.
I just rinsed and dried and put back, never a problem.

I have to wash mine "where they lay"!
the cleaner i got is called quat plus. doesnt sound like nuthin special but it says disinfectant , bactericide, and fungicide. i think ill use that and ajax. thanks for cleaning info MIKE
