Well, if parasites have been ruled out, then the vet can have a lab determine the type of bacteria oozing from the eye(s). The substrate may be harboring the bacteria(looks like you're using a fine sand)-which may be too fine. Go to a paper towel type substrate, if not already, when treating the gecko. Check temperatures & maybe elevate the ambient temp by 10 deg. F.

Below is an informative site on leopard gecko(s) & is relevant to most other geckos/lizards.

alright, this response may be tarnished with a hint of sarcasm but could the fact that your leos are full of recessive genes be playing a factor here?

by that what do you mean? the fact they are bizzars and such? yoda my last to pass was a normal ive had for 3 years. well ive buried all the decised but unfortunatly looks as tho another is not far behind if i havent figured this out by then ill have necro, and the other test done. oh and the leos have been kept on paper towels( bounty actually) for 2 years when i had moved from bed a beast.

Have necropsy and histopathology done on one of the dead lizards.
