My pacman frog is acting strangley. He is completely terrified and jumps away with unprecedented energy whenever i approach, and especially when i put the food tongs in his tank. Because he's so afraid of the tongs, I am completely unable to feed him. His whole life he has been calm around me and aggressive towards the tongs, eating anything in them. A few factors may have caused this:
-I recently moved the tanks into a spare bathroom, where the temperature is higher (always around 80 degrees as ooposed to upper 60's). I've also just fed him his first pinky a week or so ago, and supplemented it with D3 Calcium. It's impossible to feed him when he's freaking out like this, and i'm afraid the stress will be bad for him. Maybe it's a seasonal thing?
