Has anyone had success breeding a 50g or 60g female who was under 1 year old?

Yes, but I would not say its very good for the leo's. Making eggs before they are a year old or just over a year olf no matter how large, might cut there like short a few years.

Even if you do get eggs, you may only get 1 a time and they might not even be fertile.

It has been done, but I would say, wait for there birthday.

it's pretty common practice. it's my personal opinion that you should wait until they're 1.5 years at least.
