I had just left camp, it was late morning. I was going to check a few other sites on my way out of the woods before heading home. As I approached a right turn a Peter built logging truck cam flying around the corner on my side of the road. Below is the aftermath of what happens when an “Unloaded” 18 wheeler hits a 81 Toyota carola head on “Before and After pictures” You can see on the bumper were the tire of the truck hit me. He actually drove the truck right up over the fender witch ultimately tore the fender off. This was about a 20-30MPH impact. I am absolutely shocked that I actually drove this car 2 hours to get home. What you see there in the driveway is exactly how it looked going down the highway with a lot of people looking at me like I was nuts

A whole lot of money "More than its worth" and 4 months later the car "Below" is ready for the 2005 seson. I doubt I will paint it but if I do it will have to wait untill this summer some time. I am not the best body person in the world so I would like to thank my father and brother for the great body work and helping get all the parts I needed and get them on as strait as posable. It is also noteworthy that my insurance company will not return my calls and in the 4 months since this happened I have not seen a dime from them. All the money to get it this far came from my own pocket. The truck driver assumes guilt so I don’t know why they wont pay me or return my calls but oh well. This just goes to show when driving down a forest service public road during logging season screw the snakes, watch out for the peterbuilts None of the individuals nor myself were injured in anyway in the accident. Just a little shaken up
