I was feeding my savannah monitor and she was eating on cricket after another, so i dropped a mealworm in and she almost ate it, the it started burrowing. So now, i cant find the mealworm, is the mealworm going to hurt my monitor by any chance??

mealworms dont move much, but look out for it and try to dig it out, but i dont think it will hurt it.
Don't sweat it. The mealworm will find itself a nice quiet place in your substrate and if old enough will morph into a beetle, which seem to be quite yummy to Savannahs. I have had many superworms turn into beetles and Shayla my Savannah eats 'em like popcorn.
