Well today I got Monty out of his cage for the first time and took some pics. Some really show off the blues and yellows around the bottom of his sides.

That's a nice snake. What are the dimensions of the cage, where did you get it, and where did you get those perches?

Thanks. The cage is approx 4' long x 2' deep x 2' tall. I built it myself out of 3/4" oak plywood and lined the interior with FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic paneling). Got the snake from Marcial.

The perches are 2" sch. 40 pvc pipe i got at home depot. I just took a propane soldering torch and burned them. i've made some more for my colubrids, i'll get u some pics of those when they're finished if u want.

if you are doing a smaller than 2" pipe, i'd reccomend not to use a schedule 40 pipe. it's very thick and takes a long time to get hot enough to twist
