They're Coming

Our water monitors just started hatching. These are the high yellow crosses that we have been producing the last few years. The father is a huge Sumatran and the mother is supposedly a Marmoratus, but no one knows for sure. Two have already hatched and only six more to go.

We incubate the eggs in vermiculite. It was just set in the bark for the picture.
