I got mine for $100...most of the ones I've seen for sale have been between $100 and $200. Check the ks classifieds.

Just don't buy WC. CB animals are availabe from 100-300 for normals, depending on who produced them and their coloration. It is worth paying more than the "cheapest," for a well started, attractive to YOU, CB baby.

There is simply no reason to support the continued importation of Bloods/STPs, when there are ample folks producing them here (or soon to be), not to mention the generally improved temperment, skin-conditions, etc.
