the boaphile question

would the 48 by 24 by 11.5 one be good the 199 shipped one i thin the 421. for a full grown male right

how do they onep i no the glass but no handel.and does the glass break. will the heat tape or we they put on it heat my boa to the right temps my room is about 83-88 bc of all the heat lamps in my room for my herps. all i need is a water dish. what is a good substrate for the cage i have my ball on carpet helps with the shed. amd does anybody have the light in there cage. the long ligh 30 dollar one

If your room temps are that high, it might be bad. Usually in a 75 (f) room, with the single heat in the bottom works to give you a basking spot but still provide a gradient.

The front is Acrylic, not glass. And the keys that go in the locks, or the knobs for the regular latches work to open the doors.

newspapaer i know works well but look bad to me so could i use like carpet i have asben but my ball got a peice in his mouth while eating so i got ride of it

I use paper towels. If you use aspen you have to feed the snake in another cage so it doesn't injest the bedding.

This has been discussed over and over by different people on that site, so there is no need to ask again and wait forever for someone to answer. There is already plenty of detailed info right there.

For my males I keep them in 3ft cages and my females in the 4ft cages. I keep my males on the small side. Also the price does not include heat. HTH
