Those are real nice lookers. Did you produce them? Do you think it would be possible to mix a mangrove and banded together. That would be cool.

They were born from a WC hybrid female that I captured this past summer. She has since been released as she didn't adapt to captivity too well.

It is very possible and the two species readily hybridize in nature. Personally, I wouldn't cross the species intentionally in captivity as it's getting harder and harder to find pure populations of N. clarkii just in the wild.
Plus Mangroves already have a banded pattern in nature. I don't think fasciata blood would add much to their appearance. It would probably just make them larger and meaner
